01 General Terms

By using the hbeje website and all related services ("Platform"), you are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement and apply to every registered user and visitor.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the hbeje platform. hbeje reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.2 Legal Framework

These terms will be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. hbeje operates as a safe and responsible gaming platform and follows SSL encryption and fair play principles.

02 Account Registration and Management

To use services on the hbeje platform, you must register a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account.
• You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and valid contact information at the time of registration.
• One email address may only be used for one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• Operating an account in the name of any third party is prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification

hbeje may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or other valid identification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

03 Age Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the hbeje platform is 21 years. The platform's services are only available to those aged 21 or above.

Participation in gaming activities by minors is strictly prohibited. If hbeje confirms that any user is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the hbeje platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources will not be accepted.
• hbeje does not charge any hidden fees for processing deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• Funds related to a bonus will not be withdrawable until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met.
• hbeje reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own account.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hbeje offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which should be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• You must wager the bonus amount at least 10 times before making a withdrawal.
• Claiming bonuses through promotional accounts or multiple accounts is prohibited.
• hbeje reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

5.2 VIP Program

hbeje's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback funds are withdrawable subject to specific wagering requirements.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on the hbeje platform are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to know those rules before playing.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• Gaming results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game result is deemed invalid due to a technical error, the related bet will be cancelled and the funds will be returned.
• hbeje will not be responsible for game results due to internet disconnection.
• hbeje reserves the right to cancel any winnings obtained from a bug or software error in any game.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following terms apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, various leagues), and other sports:

• A bet cannot be cancelled after a specific event has started.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbeje platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Exploiting gaming systems or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misusing the platform's bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Any form of fraud or manipulation against other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

08 Account Cancellation and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances may be forfeited if the wagering requirement has not been met.

8.2 Cancellation by hbeje

hbeje may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Participating in prohibited activities.
• Violation of the age requirement.
• Violation of any section of these terms.
• Direction from a court or competent authority.

In the event of account cancellation, any genuine balance not related to prohibited activities will be returned.

09 Limitation of Liability

hbeje will not be liable in any way for the following:

• Losses in any game or bet caused by internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by technical issues with third-party services or payment gateways.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Losses caused by the user's login details falling into the hands of a third party.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

However, hbeje will always be accountable for losses caused by faults or negligence in our own platform and is committed to providing reasonable solutions.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
